After 49 years in the ambulance business, having worked at all levels of operations, management, and
ownership, Mr. Regan, our founder, retired as Director of Operations for A.S.I. in Tennessee.
In 2004, during his tenure as Director,
Mr. Regan was presented with the National Leadership Award and selected as Honorary Co-Chairman of the Republican Congressional Committee's
Business Advisory Council.
His feelings that focus on regulatory compliance was a problem that most operators have difficulty with
motivated him to start ASCT in 2007, with a goal of reducing the burden of operators, while at the same time enhancing their ability to
keep abreast of the ever-changing regulatory environment.
He has put together a team dedicated to excellence in E.M.S. Keeping in
mind that cost is a major consideration, they have developed a system that meets these goals effectively at minimal cost. We have
enhanced this system to meet the employee educational requirements of the various regulatory agencies and the needs of our client companies.
Further, we have developed Fleet Maintenance Programs, Personnel and Unit Scheduling Systems, and Dispatch and Communication Plans for
large, medium and small services, providing both convalescent transport and 911 services.
